I've taken my vehicles to Profast Auto Service Center on Davis Highway 3 times in the past year. Each of the 3 times I got a healthy bill, and each of the 3 times each vehicle came out with the same problem it went in with. On the first visit, my air conditioner was intermittently blowing cold and hot air. After repair which showed various charges including $236 to "Locate and Repair short to ground", $195 to "Remove and Replace A/C Discharge Hose Assembly, $163 for A/C service totaling $891.69, the vehicle came out of the shop with the exact same intermittent blowing hot and cold air problem it had going in. I was gone from here for the next 3 months so I brought it back never asking for consideration as I figured the time lapse was my issue for not being able to bring it back in short order. The day I came back I brought the vehicle back in and got another bill for $389.39 for itemization of "Replace a/c compressor connector", "Replace Expansion Valve 0-Rings" and "A/C service" and again got the vehicle back with the exact same problem and symptoms. Can't believe all these AWESOME reviews for this place. Let me tell you my truth about this place & then you decide for yourself what you want to believe. I hate to be mean but I feel like I need to leave a review about my experience with these people. I used these people once before & had no trouble at all with them. This time, however, was a joke! In the beginning I asked Pam if they found electrical shorts & repaired them. She told me "Yes, they do". She gave me an estimate saying they would have to preform (2) electical diagnostis at $110 each to find the electrical short. I told her fine. So I brought my car into them Monday morning at 10:15am & I told Pam that I needed my car back really soon because my Mom & I only had 1 car (my car) between us. I waited Mon. & Tues. & never heard from them. Wednesday afternoon came & I still hadn't heard anything from them. So I deliberately didn't call them just to see how long it would take them before they called me back. The following Monday morning came (YES, the following Monday morning) & I STILL hadn't heard anything from them. So they kept my car a full week (including the weekend). My 2007 Chevy Suburban had a terrible noise coming from the transmission. It has 430,000 miles and I know that it was going to be costly. Luckily the shop has a great reputation and found that the noise came from the exhaust and not the transmission at all. Mike serviced the car and it cleared all my check engine lights and now I am confident to take road trips with the car again. Thankful for the honest and fast team at Pro Fast!

These guys are the absolute best!! The customer service is absolutely amazing! That is really comforting and hard to find these days. I was so impressed how above and beyond they went to help me out of a jam. Quick, friendly, and efficient service!!! They gained my trust and respect! I would HIGHLY recommend you take your car issues to Profast Auto!

Took my Ram 1500 here to have an oil and filter change. I also had some vibration while driving that another repair facility mis-diagnosed. These folks got me in and out quickly and found the vibration was due to some warping of the rotors. Great customer service, friendly staff and competitively priced. Will definitely go back!
